Services Disclaimer & Safety Commitment
Fastex Care provides home healthcare support services. We do not provide emergency critical medical care or doctor consultations. Caregivers provide home nursing, dressing, and companion support under the client's guidelines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or registering an account on the Fastex Care App or accessing the Fastex Care web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to the services provided.
2. Description of Services
Fastex Care is an on-demand and subscription-based home healthcare platform matching patients (clients) with qualified home caregivers and health assistants. Our services include general wound dressing, companion assistance, health monitoring (blood sugar, pressure checks), newborn care, and other non-surgical support tasks.
3. User Responsibilities
As a client/patient booking home care:
- You must provide accurate physical address details and active contact numbers.
- You must ensure a safe and respectful working environment for our caregivers during home visits.
- You must disclose any known medical conditions or safety hazards in the household prior to the booking.
- You agree not to bypass the Fastex Care platform by hiring caregivers independently outside the app.
4. Subscription Packages
Clients can subscribe to recurring monthly packages (e.g. Basic Health Shield, Companion Support) which include a set number of home visits per month. Caregivers are assigned dynamically by administrators to satisfy the package schedule. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
5. Scope of Caregiver Duty
Our caregivers are trained professionals but have limitations:
What caregivers CANNOT do:
- Prescribe medications or make clinical medical diagnoses.
- Perform surgical operations or complex clinical invasive procedures.
- Perform heavy household cleaning or non-patient related domestic duties.
6. Payments & Billing
All booking and subscription rates are clearly published in the app interface. Payment must be cleared online or through approved methods before services commence. Billing cycles run monthly for active subscriptions. Failure to clear payments will lead to suspension of home visits.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user profiles or caregiver records immediately in cases of:
- Abusive or hostile behavior towards caregivers or patient families.
- Fraudulent billing details or security breaches of the app database.
- Persistent breach of payment terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fastex Care matches patients with caregivers and manages visit settlements. We are not liable for:
- Natural progression of pre-existing health disorders or sudden clinical emergencies.
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from caregiver errors, though we carry out background checks and verify documentation to minimize risks.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
